Come on a Journey of Discovery and Ignite your Passion for life, through music, movement, meditation and visualisation.

If you feel like you need a little extra spark in life, join us for a day of fun, learning and connection... to yourself, those around you and to nature. 

The day will be held at Secrets of Terara, an enchanted woodland getaway on the beautiful South Coast of NSW.

The morning begins at 8.30 am with a meditation and visualisation, followed a drumming session and movement therapy, music and energy work. 

Lunch will be included along with light refreshments during the day. 

You will be guided through the sessions by some very talented and knowledgeable facilitators along with some guest speakers throughout the day.

$95 per person for the day retreat

There is some availability to stay at the venue, with breakfast included.
Add $89 per person/ per night for the accommodation.
